Project Presenter

About the role

The Project Presenter is responsible for delivering professional and engaging presentations that effectively communicate Primehomes' brand, projects, and value proposition to clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role also supports the Sales Team through training initiatives and assists the Corporate Affairs Department in ensuring consistent brand messaging and the successful execution of corporate activities.

Key responsibilities

• Project Ambassador & Lead Presenter: Serve as the official presenter for The Reserve by Primehomes across project launches, investor roadshows, client briefings, site tours, and corporate events.

• Persuasive Pitching: Create, refine, and deliver high-energy, articulate presentations that clearly communicate Primehomes' master plans, architectural highlights, and unique value propositions.

• Corporate Affairs & Event Support: Assist the Corporate Affairs team in planning, hosting, and executing high-profile corporate presentations, media briefings, and marketing activations.

• Brand Representation: Uphold brand standards and convey a polished, professional image across all public interactions, client inquiries, and stakeholder engagements.

• Sales Training & Development: Partner with sales leadership to design and facilitate Product Knowledge (PK) refreshers, pitch techniques, and public speaking workshops for sales agents and broker partners.

• Strategic Cross-Functional Support: Provide ad-hoc presentation design and communication support for executive leadership and adjacent sales initiatives.

About You

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Real Estate Management (BS REM), or a related discipline.
• Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate presentations, event hosting, sales enablement, public relations, or training. (Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail is a strong advantage).
• Public Speaking & Stage Presence: Exceptional verbal English and Filipino communication skills with proven confidence, poise, and agility when addressing diverse, high-capacity audiences.
• Training & Facilitation Mindset: Ability to effectively conduct Product Knowledge (PK) sessions and coach sales agents on communication nuances, presentation delivery, and handling client queries.
• Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in presentation softwares-specifically Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva (Keynote or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)- with an eye for clean visual storytelling and slide formatting.
• Interpersonal & Event Savvy: Strong organizational skills combined with an approachable, professional demeanor suited for stakeholder relations, networking, and corporate event hosting.
• Flexibility: Willingness to attend on-site project events, showroom briefings, and stakeholder gatherings as needed.
