About the role

PT JAE ERKA STUDIO' is seeking an experienced Project Procurement professional to join our team in Bali. As a full-time Project Procurement specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement processes for our construction projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the successful delivery of construction projects
2. Manage the tender and bidding processes, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and contractors
3. Negotiate and finalise contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring the best value for the company
4. Monitor and oversee the performance of suppliers and contractors, addressing any issues or disputes that may arise
5. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with project objectives
6. Maintain detailed records and reporting on all procurement activities and budgets
7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and drive cost savings

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement or contract management role, preferably within the construction industry
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms and conditions
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement challenges
4. Proficient in the use of procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
5. Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving procurement performance
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
7. Degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, procurement, or project management
