Project Procurement Quality EHS and Service Assistant

**Experience:**2 to 5 years; solar, electrical EPC or project operations preferred

**Reporting:**Business Operations and Control Manager / Project Lead

Role purpose and primary objective

Support safe, timely and cost-controlled solar delivery from survey and BOQ through procurement, installation, quality checks, handover and service.

Key responsibilities and measures

Responsibility

Support site survey, measurements, BOQ or BOM, schedule and document collection.

Prepare RFQ comparisons; follow approved purchase and maker-checker controls.

Track material, serial numbers, installation progress, quality and punch points.

Maintain EHS checklists; stop and escalate unsafe work.

Coordinate service tickets, warranty evidence and closure records.
