Project Production Manager

About the role

As a Project Production Manager at Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for coordinating project information, monitoring production progress, and overseeing the successful delivery of residential and commercial kitchen, aluminium, and cabinet projects.

You will serve as a key communication link between the company and its business partner, ensuring that project information, production updates, technical requirements, and feedback are communicated accurately and promptly. You will also coordinate project planning, monitor schedules, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure that projects progress smoothly and meet the required quality standards and deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate communication and information flow between the company and its business partner regarding project and production matters.
• Obtain project updates, production schedules, technical information, drawings, specifications, and other relevant details from the relevant parties.
• Communicate project information, requirements, feedback, and instructions to the appropriate departments and management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and potential delays.
• Coordinate with designers, production teams, installers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure project requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards are properly communicated and followed.
• Identify project issues, discrepancies, and risks, and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, communication records, and progress reports.
• Report significant delays, production issues, and unresolved matters to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination, communication, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, production coordination, or the construction, kitchen, aluminium, or cabinet industry.
• A degree or diploma in Project Management, Production Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in aluminium projects and/or cabinet project management.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments, management teams, contractors, and business partners.
• Good knowledge of project scheduling, production processes, technical drawings, materials, and quality requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate information accurately and professionally.
