  • Analyze customer, deployment, and scheduling data to support release planning and decision-making
  • Group customers into appropriate deployment cohorts based on readiness, dependencies, product components, sequencing requirements, and operational constraints
  • Coordinate scheduling of multiple software components and activities required to successfully complete customer updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of project management, program coordination, release management, implementation, operations, or related experience in a technology environment
  • Experience working with project management, scheduling, ticketing, reporting, or data-management tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage numerous customers, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with large or complex datasets, identify inconsistencies, validate information, and translate data into actionable decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority
  • Proven ability to work effectively through ambiguity, establish structure, and drive work toward resolution when processes or requirements are not fully defined
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
