This role combines strong coordination and administration skills with exposure to core initiative management activities. You will support planning, monitoring, reporting, governance coordination, and financial tracking - providing an excellent opportunity to build capability and confidence within a dynamic portfolio environment.

Coordinating meetings, workshops and governance forums (including agendas, minutes and actions as required)
Supporting external governance and stakeholder meetings, including travel and event coordination where needed
Supporting broader EPO activities as delegated
About you
You’ll be an organised, detail‑focused coordinator who enjoys supporting others and contributing to meaningful outcomes. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively across teams.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
At least 1 year’s experience in project or programme coordination
Hands‑on experience supporting project reporting, including financial reporting
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Confidence using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and databases)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
