Project Quality Admin

• Prepare purchase requests and handle related delivery documents.
• Input and maintain data accurately from source documents within the required deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to arrange and coordinate inspection schedules.
• Maintain and organize quality records, including Material Reports, Fit-up Reports, Welding Visual Reports, and NDT Reports.
• Coordinate with logistics companies to prepare packing documentation and arrange export deliveries.
• Handle document control for engineering drawings, ensuring updated revisions are properly maintained and saved in the server system.
• Arrange meetings and prepare meeting minutes accordingly.
• Track and maintain inventory records for spare parts and equipment.
• Provide general administrative assistance and support any additional tasks or assignments when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is an advantage.
• Comfortable using Zoom or other online meeting platforms.
• Positive working attitude with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Able to carry out responsibilities with minimal guidance; self-motivated, dependable, and mature.
• Organized, meticulous, and capable of handling work accurately.
