Project Quality Control

To ensure that all project construction, interior installation, production, and finishing works meet MyShrine Studios' quality standards, approved design drawings, technical specifications, material requirements, and project expectations.

The Project Quality Control is responsible for conducting quality inspections, identifying defects and deviations, coordinating corrective actions, monitoring quality compliance, and maintaining accurate quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that the final deliverables meet the company's standards and client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction quality control, site supervision, interior fit-out, or project execution.
• Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial interiors, or high-end design-build projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods, interior installation, materials, joinery, and finishing standards.
• Familiarity with inspection checklists, snagging procedures, NCRs, and corrective action tracking.
• Proficient in preparing inspection reports and documenting quality issues with photographs.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, and other project documentation applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for client communication and project coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Firm, objective, and professional when identifying and reporting quality issues.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
