What they need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Quality Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in EMS/PCBA electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in 7 QC Tools, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D.
- Strong ability in root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Familiar with electronic components, inspection standards, and quality requirements.
- Able to read and understand circuit drawings is preferred.
- Experience in major EMS companies such as FLEX, Jabil, PEGATRON, or similar companies is highly preferred.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality data analysis.
- Good command of English or Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and across different departments.
