Project Quality Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deploy the quality culture and the quality improvement plan and tools to achieve the quality objectives and physical indicators in perimeter of responsibility within the project core team,
• Ensure that the products are designed and manufactured according to the LEM processes, the regulations and the customers’ requirements (APQP, ppm commitment, ISO standards, directives – RoHS, CE, UL..-…) as a WORLD CLASS SUPPLIER able to reach the MADE BY LEM everywhere,
• Become the customer quality contact person until SOP and meet the relevant information needs (customer APQP tracking, audit support, 8D communication),
• Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of practice. Following activities:
• Manage the quality in project:
• Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach the Quality targets (Customer and LEM) and Non Quality Cost (NQC) targets,
• Define the NQC of his/her project – Follow up the customer milestones,
• As a risk chaser, Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave,
• React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to the management,
• Report the quality status according to the indicators defined by the project quality management.
• Conduct the compliance analysis of the Quality Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) throughout the project, whenever applicable
• Focus on Design/Process & Changes during the Projects Phases:
• Ensure that the innovations on product and/or process are considered in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV
• Verify the validated Lessons learned have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN/AP and respected
• After design freeze, ensure 4M Changes matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix,
• Update the quality documents following a product/process related change,
• Participate to Design Reviews, including suppliers and tool makers design review
• Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and/or after test results.
• Support the supplier management activities:
• Support activities defined for suppliers in consistency with the IPQ process, to support Purchasing and SQE team,
• Ensure the suppliers’ feedback’s consideration within the Project Core Team and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice.
• Get the IS (Initial Samples) validated by the Customer on Time:
• Define Prototype, pre-serial and serial control plans as owner of the milestones,
• Ensure consistency between the Special Product and Process Characteristics, FMEAs and control plan,
• Lead the initial Manufacturing process audit
• Participate to the process Run Rate,
• Prepare IS (Initial Samples) Internal & Customer deliverables, internal Initial Sample file to be validated internally prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off.
• Ensure the handover with all relevant Quality functions until SOP / Project Closure Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: ＞5 years in Automotive electronics industry
• Skills: Problem Solving / Project management / Micro-electronics & Mechanics / Statistics / Audit process
• Technical knowledge: Quality standard ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 22163 (IRIS), ISO 26262
• Tools: Quality project tools (8D/CP/PFMEA/APQP/quality tools such as SPC/MSA)
