Project Quality Engineer (Hai Duong)

• NPI Quality Management: Manage the overall quality of NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, transitioning from the prototyping/trial phase to Mass Production (MP).

• Yield & Defect Control: Monitor NG (No Good/Defect) rates, Yield rates, and overall quality issues. Drive cross-functional departments to conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement continuous improvements.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with R&D, PE (Process Engineering), PIE, ME (Manufacturing Engineering), QA, and Production departments to swiftly resolve arising quality issues.

• Project Reporting: Track project timelines and generate comprehensive reports on the project's quality status for management.

• Customer Interface: Collaborate directly with customers to address and resolve product quality issues as required.

• Requirements

• Education: College degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer (QE), Project Quality Engineer (PQE), or NPI Quality Engineer within the manufacturing industry.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard Quality Tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan).

• Language: Highly fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is a strong advantage.
