• Represent internal and external customers in their projects

作为内外部客户的项目代表

• Plan quality tasks for his/her projects - 为所有开发项目制定质量任务计划
• Conduct the process audit for BOP at supplier sites - 负责项目开发阶段供应商过程审核
• Decide whether to qualify the BOP process
• 决定是否符合BOP流程的资格
• Accept supplier PPAP and the associated Quality Assurance Initiatives - 接受供应商PPAP文件和相关质量保证文件
• Create quality assurance files in cooperation with site Quality - 与工厂质量部门合作，制作质量保证文件
• Create PPAP files for acceptance of initial samples by customers - 创建PPAP文件以接受客户的初始样本
• Assist with process audits for new products at the production site - 协助新产品在工厂生产的过程审核
• Decide to stop a project if the Quality/Cost/Deadline indicators are going drastically astray - 在项目指标,质量/成本/交付期限出现不受控制的偏差时，做出停止此项目的决定 -Ensure the representativeness of PPAPs -保证PPAPs的代表性
• Signal when the operating methods applied to the project do not meet customer expectations
• 在项目阶段使用的工具方法不能满足客户期望时进行警告

推动项目阶段的质量活动

• Ensure the correct application of customer quality reference documents and take their updates into account - 保证客户质量标准正确运用，并且及时更新标准
• Train members of the project group in customer quality reference documents - 对项目开发小组成员培训客户相关质量标准
• Make the necessary decisions to optimise results, in line with initial data - 在遵循初始数据的基础上，制定必要措施以优化结果
• Ensure proper use of SMART DEV
• 确保SMART DEV的合理应用
• Train colleagues in the use of Quality methods and tools - 对其他同事进行质量方法和质量工具的培训 3 – Lead his/her activity

领导其管辖范围内的活动

• Based on the objectives of his/her project, define suitable action plans
• 基于项目的目标，定义合适的行动计划
• Draft reports and reporting documents about his/her activity - 编制相关工作报告
• Facilitate the implementation of SMART with regard to his/her projects - 促进SMART在其项目当中的应用
• Propose changes to SMART associated with his/her activities -建议与其工作相关的SMART文件的更新 Specific missions 特定任务 Responsibilities in terms of Quality Safety Environment Progress 负责质量安全环境方面的工作 Skills 技能

Bachlor degree or above; 2、熟悉宝马客户；

Be familiar with BMW customers; 3、良好的英文书写和口头表达能力；

• Good communication skills with English； 4、能适应经常出差。

Can take business trip fluently。
