该职位来源于猎聘 JOB SUMMARY: To be project leader of quality team take responsible for NPI /MP project, quality specification definition, customer management.
Lead all quality activities and drive the problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Take lead quality activities of NPI phase for new projects. Need be hands on to follow activities and projects.
- Develop and build quality control of NPI projects.
- Communicate with customer for quality relatives.
Daily/Weekly con-call with customer for project progress.
- Find and Solve problems in NPI and MP stage.
- Lead the team to have gating review of each NPI stage.
- Drive the yield rate improvement.
- Control the cost of poor quality. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in mechanical, Material or Electrical.
- Total work experience: 10 years quality relative experience (PQM, DQE, PQE).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership.
- English communication level in conversation, write and read.
- Knowledge in quality tools such as 6 Sigma will add advantage.
