Project Quality Manager

The Project Quality Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead quality activities throughout the full project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements
• Manage quality risks, investigations, corrective actions, and nonconformances
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Services teams to resolve quality issues
• Support customer audits, inspections, and project turnover activities

The Project Quality Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Project Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Project Management
• Experience within project-based manufacturing, industrial, energy, EPC, or hydroelectric environments preferred
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
