Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Manage final accounts, contra charges and other key QS functions.
• Formulate and settle variations and claims with the Employer.
• Liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract administration for building or housing projects. Experience in sizable projects from main contractor is preferred.
• Proficient in using relevant quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Immediate availability / short notice is highly preferred.
