Project Readiness Manager (Bathroom Remodeling)

The Role at a Glance:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Readiness Manager to serve as the ultimate gatekeeper between our sales contracts and the physical build. In this critical role, you will take finalized bathroom remodel contracts and meticulously verify that all materials (fixtures, tile, vanities, etc.) are correct, compatible, and ready for ordering. By auditing specifications and cross-referencing layout constraints with the customer, you ensure flawless transition from paperwork to production.

Core Responsibilities

• Contract Verification: Review incoming bathroom remodeling contracts, with the cusotmer to ensure all specifications, measurements, and design elements are accurate.
• Customer Alignment: Connect directly with homeowners to review their choices, confirm material finishes, and verify that the ordered products align perfectly with their expectations.
• Install-Readiness Auditing: Technical vetting to confirm that the chosen materials can actually be physically installed given the home's plumbing, electrical, and structural layout.
• Production Submission: Package and hand off verified, error-free contracts to the production and installation teams for seamless production tracking.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with design consultants or sales representatives to quickly resolve any conflicting details before materials are purchased.

What We Look For

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in residential remodeling, construction project management, or kitchen/bath design operations.
• Technical Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of bathroom components, plumbing configurations, tile layouts, and standard construction tolerances.
• Obsessive Attention to Detail: Ability to catch a wrong SKU, mismatched finish, or conflicting measurement that could stall a job site.
• Customer-Facing Polish: Excellent communication skills to guide clients through technical confirmations while maintaining excitement for their remodel.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, basic email and office software.

Pay: $500,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
