Project Reporting Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Project Reporting Specialist (m/w/d) to support progress tracking and reporting within an industrial construction project in düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel-based progress tracking tools and reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate project progress data from site teams.
• Prepare regular progress reports and project status updates.
• Monitor work progress and identify deviations from planned targets.
• Ensure accurate data management and structured documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• A structured, organized, and detail-oriented working approach.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in progress tracking, project reporting, or project controls is an advantage.
