- Lead and manage all project HSE operations, policies, and compliance protocols.
- Oversee site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident prevention strategies.
- Conduct and direct comprehensive incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Ensure full alignment with international safety standards and client HSE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety - OH&S).
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience specifically in Offshore Fabrication (must include hands-on experience with Jackets and Topsides/PDMs).
Certifications:
- NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH IGC
- Professional Membership (TechIOSH or MIIRSM preferred)
- Certified / Formal training in Incident Investigation methodologies
