LEVEL 33 is a rapidly growing property development company delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney and Wollongong. With a strong pipeline of off-the-plan developments, we’re looking for an ambitious Project Sales Agent to join our team.

As a Project Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for selling off-the-plan residential units across our developments. You’ll engage with prospective buyers, manage sales inquiries, and provide a seamless experience from initial interest through to settlement. This role offers exposure to high-value projects and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively market off-the-plan residential projects to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client consultations.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to achieve sales targets.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in off-the-plan or residential property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Sydney and Wollongong property markets is highly desirable.
• Class 2 residential Real Estate Licence required.
