Key Responsibillties

• Identify and win new corporate accounts; build networks with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and identify up-sell and repeat-order opportunities
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
• Meet clients to analyse requirements; study BOQ, TOR, and specifications to propose suitable products and solutions
• Coordinate with Design / Product / Technical teams to develop layouts and proposals
• Prepare quotations, present to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with Production, Installation, and Accounting to ensure on-time delivery and collection
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 2–5 years of B2B or project sales experience
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Able to read and interpret BOQ / TOR / specifications
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems
• Own car and valid driving licence; able to travel to upcountry client sites occasionally
• Positive attitude, target-driven, disciplined in follow-up, and a good team player
