Job Title: Project Sales Coordinator

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, builders, project managers, consultants, and contractors for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Track project progress from enquiry to completion.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations, samples, technical data sheets, and approvals
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Finance departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve project-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, customer database, and progress reports.
• Organize site visits and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Follow up on payments, work completion certificates, and customer feedback.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and service standards.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in paints, construction chemicals, building materials, or the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management.
• Knowledge of project management practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
