About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a driven, organized individual with a solid engineering background to support our expanding project sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a young male graduate with relevant UAE experience and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating leads and following up on prospects.
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts.
• Handling customer inquiries and managing customer relationships.
• Tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance.
• Prepare documentation for prequalification with consultants.
• Develop proposals and technical/commercial submittals for clients.
• Assist in project coordination and follow-up with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to support sales efforts.
• Ensure all project documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
• Track project opportunities and maintain client communications.
• Support the sales team with technical background and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or any related fields).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE market.
• Familiarity with UAE consultants and contractors is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and basic document preparation tools.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
