Project Sales Engineer

About the role

 As a Project Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective and independent engineering services to support the growth of DELTON MARINE PTE. LTD.'s project portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in marketing activities – exhibition, networking event, conference & customer visit.
• Handle project enquiries & tenders – prepare & submit technical & commercial proposals.
• Follow up with customers on project enquiries, quotations & commercial negotiations.
• Project planning & initiation – Define project scope & initiate orders to suppliers & internal team.
• Project execution & monitoring – Monitor project progress ensures meeting quality, cost & time.
• Coordinate & communicate with customers, suppliers & internal teams to ensure smooth project execution throughout the timeline.
• Provide technical & engineering support by preparing engineering drawings, datasheets, schematic diagrams, catalogues, manuals & technical documents.
• Manage & identify project risks by addressing any potential issues throughout the project timeline.
• Attend on-site activities, including testing, commissioning & troubleshooting works.
• Handle after sales services such as warranty claims, equipment issues & servicing supports.
• Oversee & manage projects from initiation to completion.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Material, Marine, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas up to 30% of the time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Project Coordination Experience
• Critical Thinking & Time Management
• Analytical, Detailed Oriented, Flexible and Dynamic
• Possess Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skill
• Good to possess Class 3 Driving License but not mandatory
• 2D Autocad Skill is a must. Good Autocad Skill is an advantage.
