Project Sales Executive Bali area

Project Sourcing & Penetration: Identify, map, and approach new construction and renovation projects in Bali (such as hotels, resorts, luxury villas, hospitals, apartments, and other commercial developments).

Product Specification (Spec-in): Engage and educate key decision-makers—including architects, interior designers, mechanical-electrical (ME) consultants, contractors, and project owners—to ensure Roca sanitary products are included in project material specifications.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with a network of local architects, designers, and contractors in Bali.

Negotiation & Sales: Prepare price quotations, conduct technical product presentations, handle commercial negotiations, and secure sales agreements (closing).

Project Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams, after-sales service departments, and local distributors to ensure timely product delivery and the smooth handling of project-related inquiries or issues.

Market Analysis: Monitor property and tourism market trends in Bali, track competitor activity in the sanitaryware sector, and provide regular reports to management regarding potential and ongoing projects.

Target Achievement: Take full responsibility for meeting monthly and annual sales targets established by the company for the Bali region.
