Project Sales Executive

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Project Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Budget: Up to 7LPA (As per experience)

Candidates from Ahmedabad with experience in the Ahmedabad market are a must

Key Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment
• Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
• Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites
• Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for smooth execution
• Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts as per company guidelines
• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
• Monitor competitor activity in project specifications
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in sales related to project site, maintenance painting, or refurbishment projects.
• Strong network with repainting contractors, applicators, builders, facility management companies, RWAs, and project consultants.
• Experience in generating business from repainting projects for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Ability to identify repainting opportunities, conduct site visits, provide product recommendations, and coordinate with technical teams.
