PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers and project clients.
• Identify and follow up on new project sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product recommendations based on project requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical/product information to customers.
• Follow up on project enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and project sales objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments on stock, pricing, delivery and project requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales and project records and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Experience in project sales, building materials, paint/coating or related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willing to travel for customer and project visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
