Project Sales Executive (Various Area)

• Develop, build, and maintain new and existing business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Promote company products and identify new project sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and project briefings.
• Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, building management, and applicators to promote and specify company products.
• Follow up on project specifications, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer and project/site visits.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Work closely with the team to support overall sales activities.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• KL – 1 Position: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Johor Bahru – 1 Position: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience; experience in building materials or project sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer and project visits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will be an advantage.
