Project Sales (Phuket Area)

Role and Responsibility :-

• Maintain a close connection with Project in Phuket area.
• Penetrate project sales market in the assigned customers/ region to achieve sales target.
• Approach Hospitality Developers to specify products into projects and turn to be sales shipments.
• Sales planning and demand forecast for secured projects to ensure product delivery according to project timeline.
• Coordinate, develop, evaluate, annual strategic plan of project development execution in assigned customers/regions.
• Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent, and long-term project sales network.
• Recommend, guide, develop and assess new project prospects and opportunity.
• Advise on problem solving methods in relation to projects sales operation and customers’ complaints.
• Advise on discount policy and /or company’s policy and profit related issues as well as any ideas in relation to increasing the competitiveness of the company.
• Maintain the competitiveness of the project sales activities and be well-versed on the project market situation and the competition.
• Conduct presentations for potential clients/ business groups in relation to project sales market.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related filed.

• At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Hospitality in Phuket and Upcountry from consumer durable companies.

• Focus on End Customers and work well under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills with “CAN DO” attitude.

• Good team player, service-minded, and enthusiastic.

• Workable knowledge in English.
