Project Sales Representatives

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Identify new customers, projects, and market opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Conduct product presentations, monitor competitors, gather customer feedback, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

• Manage accounts, follow up on orders and deliveries, maintain post-sales relationships, and submit regular sales reports.

  Job Qualification:

• Minimum of two (2) years sales work experience in the building materials or construction industry.

• Knowledgeable in handling developers & contractors.

• With portfolio of known key accounts and contact persons.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and can work with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing to do fieldwork in Metro Manila.
