Project Scheduler

Overview

Eldeco is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented P6 Project Scheduler to join our electrical engineering and operations team. This vital role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. This position operates within P6 to drive project coordination and help keep all stakeholders aligned with project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale , industrial electrical projects utilizing your skills in P6 and schedule analysis to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather detailed construction plans and sequencing requirements.
• Monitor ongoing project progress by updating schedules regularly, identifying potential delays or conflicts early through detailed analysis of schedule data.
• Utilize analysis skills to evaluate schedule performance metrics and generate reports that inform decision-making for project adjustments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align schedules with procurement timelines and resource availability.
• Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, contractual obligations, and progress updates in compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P6 project scheduling within the construction industry, including solid experience in industrial electrical installations.
• Working proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office (Excel data analysis), Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex schedule data and communicate findings clearly to diverse teams.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
