Project Scheduling Engineer (MEP)

About the role
We are seeking a driven and organized Project Scheduling Engineer to join our dynamic team at GAA GROUP COMPANY LIMITED' in Bangkok. As a Project Scheduling Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our civil and structural engineering projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather necessary information for scheduling.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and provide solutions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare and present schedule reports to project stakeholders, including clients and management.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company standards and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and ensure adherence to the schedule.
• Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and presentations.
• Utilize scheduling software to create and manage project schedules.

Provide training and support to team members on scheduling processes and software.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience 3 - 10 years in project scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Fluent speaking and writing both Thai and English.
• Thai nationality only
