RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Security Advisory

• Consult project teams on security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
• Review customer security requirements and provide implementation guidance.
• Support project onboarding and security readiness activities.
• Participate in customer security discussions, audits, assessments, and due diligence activities.

Infrastructure & Technical Review

• Review project infrastructure architecture, cloud environments, network connectivity, VPNs, and access controls.
• Assess requests related to:
• Network connectivity
• Firewall rules
• VPN connections
• Cloud services
• Infrastructure services
• Software and SaaS solutions
• Recommend secure and compliant implementation approaches.

Compliance & Governance

• Support compliance with:
• ISO 27001
• ISO 27701
• SOC 2
• Customer security requirements
• Data protection regulations
• Review project compliance artifacts including:
• PIM
• Security questionnaires
• Risk assessments
• Security exceptions
• Audit findings

Security Operations Support

• Support resolution of project security issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis when required.
• Track and improve SLA for security-related service requests.

AI & Process Automation

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI.
• Support implementation of AI-assisted governance, compliance review, and service operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across security and infrastructure processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of:
  • TCP/IP Networking
  • Firewall technologies
  • VPN technologies
  • DNS, DHCP, Routing
• Knowledge of:
  • Windows Server
  • Linux Systems
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
• Understanding of cloud platforms:
  • Microsoft Azure

Professional Skills

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Information Security
• Infrastructure Operations
• Cloud Operations
• IT Service Management
• Security Consulting
• IT Governance

Preferred Certifications

One or more of the following is a plus:

• ISO 27001
• Security+
• AZ-900 / AZ-104
• SC-900 / SC-200
• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• ITIL Foundation
• CISSP (preferred for senior candidates)
