What they need
1. Overview of Company and Role
PH World Property Division is a dynamic, forward-thinking property developer and builder based in Johor. We operate as a key division of the PH World Group, an established diversified business group. Built on a deep-rooted legacy, PH World has established a strong reputation as an award-winning developer. To ensure quality, reliability, and excellence from concept to completion, our Property Division seamlessly integrates three main core pillars:
Property Development: Master-planning and developing premier residential and commercial projects across Johor defined by unique and modern design.
Construction: Bringing unique, modern architectural designs to life through precision building execution, advanced site infrastructure, and structural excellence.
Material Trading: Managing direct supply chains and sourcing high-grade materials to maintain total quality control.
Our Philosophy — Art • Nature • People
At the heart of everything we build is a commitment to creating meaningful, long-lasting spaces:
Art: Architectural design driven by aesthetic elegance and purposeful detail.
Nature: Sustainable environments seamlessly integrated with lush green living.
People: Thoughtfully crafted spaces built to bring families, businesses, and communities together.
Whether we are shaping master-planned landed housing developments or developing strategic commercial hubs, we remain dedicated to building vibrant spaces where communities truly thrive.
We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on, and site-based Site Manager to spearhead our construction operations directly on-site in Johor. In this critical, site-centered management role, you will be the driving force on the ground, responsible for managing the day-to-day physical execution of our developments from earthworks to final handover. You will spend your time where the action happens—leading site supervisors, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating main contractors, and solving complex technical structural or infrastructure issues in real-time. If you are a field-tested leader who thrives on the physical progress of a construction site, commands authority on the ground, and ensures that building quality and project timelines are met flawlessly, this role is for you.

Maintain daily site logs (weather, manpower, material usage) and submit regular progress updates to the Project Manager. Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist with as-built drawings and final handover files.
