What they need
- Manage construction works by coordinating and controlling needed manpower and materials.
- Construction project management experience is required.
- Residential construction project management experience is required.
- Coordinating site works with Foremen, Sub-contractors, and other related personnel for the implementation of the project.
- Experience in residential construction projects is required.
- Provide technical support to the project through coordination with co-engineers, architects, and other technical personnel involved.
- Inspect and assure quality of work done.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
- Determines project specifications by studying architectural design, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
- Preparation of cost estimates.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties assigned.
- Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience is required.
- Candidates with 3-5 years of engineering experience within the preferred range will be given priority consideration.
- Civil Engineering degree is required.
