Project Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of experience to kickstart their career in site operations. You will work closely with senior project managers and site supervisors to oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and maintain site safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily construction site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor construction quality and enforce strict safety regulations and protocols on-site
• Help interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to guide construction workers and contractors
• Assist in preparing daily site reports, material logs, and progress updates for project managers
• Help coordinate materials, equipment, and labor on-site to ensure smooth project flow

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 0 to 1 year of site or internship experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Willingness to work outdoors and experience site environment
