Project Site Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare project scope of works (SOW) and budgetary cost estimates for vertical structure projects including buildings, residential houses, and architectural works.

• Prepare project schedule and project progress monitoring sheets.

• Prepare cost savings monitoring sheet.

• QC management — prepares and executes Quality Control plan aligned with vertical construction standards.

• HSE management — prepares and executes HSE plan in compliance with applicable construction safety regulations.

• Supervise project sites and ensure all site execution are carried out according to approved drawings, execution plans, and applicable codes. Ensure projects are executed efficiently in terms of timeline, cost, safety, and quality.

• Coordinate and oversee the structural, architectural, and finishing works of vertical structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications and architectural intent.

• Review and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, and specifications relevant to vertical construction and building works.

• Act as an ambassador in promoting the company by exhibiting desired work morals and ethics, and providing excellent professional service at all times.

• Mentor and train subordinates in areas of planning and site management, particularly in vertical construction methodologies and architectural finishing works.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Civil Engineer.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer specifically in vertical structure projects (commercial buildings, residential houses, mid-rise to high-rise developments).

• Proven experience in architectural works, including coordination of finishing, façade, and interior structural elements.

• Proven experience in preparing estimates for vertical construction projects.

• Solid understanding of building codes, architectural plans, and structural drawings applicable to vertical structures.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to handle pressure and willing to extend working hours as project demands require.

• Good communication skills — both written and oral.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office Applications, and other engineering software relevant to building and architectural works.

• Available for project-based assignments
