Project Site Engineer

We are looking for a Project Site Engineer who will take an active role in coordinating and monitoring site activities, ensuring that construction works are carried out according to approved plans, schedules, and project requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily site coordination by communicating work priorities, conducting toolbox meetings, and setting weekly targets with the site team.
• Monitor construction activities and progress, and promptly address issues, incomplete works, and items requiring correction or rework.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and workers to maintain proper work practices, site organization, housekeeping, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Assess manpower needs and material requirements based on the current and upcoming work activities, including preparation of Material Requisition Forms.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt and movement of construction materials, tools, and equipment, and maintain accurate daily site records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and verify that ongoing works conform to approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, and required elevations.
• Be available on-site during major construction activities and critical work stages to provide immediate technical coordination and resolve site concerns.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other project personnel regarding progress, site concerns, and required actions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the position as may be assigned by Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer registered with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant construction experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with different site personnel.
• Capable of analyzing site concerns and providing practical solutions.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction/planning software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
