Project Site Engineer

As a vital member of our Construction Management Department, the Construction Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction activities to ensure they meet high-quality standards, adhere to project budgets, and are completed within specified timelines. This multifaceted position encompasses various responsibilities to deliver successful construction projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Construction Workforce Management:

• Manage general contractors, labor-only contractors, and administrative construction workers.

• Ensure that workers adhere to approved plans, maintain high productivity, and have access to necessary materials for on-time project completion and handover to clients.

• Strive to meet project deadlines and commitments.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and rigorously enforce quality control measures to ensure that all construction work aligns with high-quality standards and project specifications.

3. Budget Monitoring and BOQ Management:

• Efficiently manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenses and resource allocation to guarantee projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

4. Subdivision Security Enhancement:

• Implement and manage security measures, including gate control, surveillance systems, and security personnel, to ensure the safety and security of residents and their properties within the construction site.

5. Billing and Cost Control:

• Provide timely and accurate data for billing and cost control purposes to maintain project financial integrity.

6. Technical Inspection of Delivered Materials:

• Perform technical inspections on delivered materials to verify their adherence to specifications and quantity requirements.

7. Material Requisition Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on purchase requisition statuses and due dates to ensure timely availability of construction materials.

8. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential, subdivision, or real estate development projects.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, quality control, project specifications, BOQ, cost monitoring, and material requirements.
• With experience in managing and coordinating contractors, laborers, and site personnel.
• Able to conduct technical inspection of construction materials and completed works and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction/project monitoring tools.
• Strong skills in coordination, problem-solving, documentation, and time management.
• Willing to conduct regular site inspections and fieldwork and work under project-based deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and travel as required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
