Project Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Project Engineer leads and oversees daily field implementation, electrical erection, testing, and commissioning for substation and switchyard projects across site locations, ensuring execution adheres to project plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site implementation, electrical erection, testing, commissioning activities, connects power plants, transmission lines, and distribution systems.
• Technical & Quality Control: Interpret technical drawings/specs, conduct site inspections, and ensure strict safety and quality compliance.
• Progress & Reporting: Monitor schedules, prepare daily accomplishment reports, and resolve site delays or technical issues.
• Resource Management: Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to prevent site downtime.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, clients, contractors, and field crews to resolve site concerns.c

Qualifications:

• BS Electrical Engineering, licensed PEE or REE
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of field implementation experience in Substation and Switchyard projects.
• Deployment: Willing to be deployed to project sites across North Luzon and South Luzon.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret site plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), or structural blueprints; knowledge of site safety protocols and equipment standards.
