Project Site Engineer

SHELTERCON PHILS. BUILDERS INC.

A construction company established since 1985, with office located in Quezon City, engage in DESIGN & BUILD services specializing in Industrial & Warehouse projects with fabrication plant located in Bulacan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required
• 1-2 years experience in civil, structural, or construction engineering preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel software particularly FUNCTIONS in formulas.
• Willing to be based in Bulacan

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as the liaison between the head office and the project site team
• Monitor daily and weekly work schedules; coordinate activities to head office.
• Ensure timely request and deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure alignment with approved plans
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with technical drawings and specifications
• Address site concerns and coordinate resolutions with head office
• Documentation of site progress through pictures and progress report updates
• Support permit compliance and regulatory inspections when required
• Performs other duties as instructed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
