Project Site Engineer – Electrical

Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000 Gross

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Registered or Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred but not required.
• With 2–5 years of experience in electrical construction, site engineering, project implementation, or project management.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, construction procedures, and engineering standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee electrical construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to the approved scope, timeline, and specifications.
• Monitor electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved plans, quality requirements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely project implementation.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, site updates, and other technical reports required by management and stakeholders.
• Review electrical plans, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess workmanship, identify concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
