Project Site Engineer (Luzon Projects)

About the role

The Project Site Engineer – HVAC/MEPF will supervise HVAC construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that installation works are completed according to approved plans, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily HVAC construction activities on-site
• Ensure installation works comply with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare site reports, progress schedules, and project documentation
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, material usage, and manpower allocation
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on project progress, delays, and changes
• Support the testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC License) is preferred, but non-licensed engineers with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• At least 1–3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in HVAC or MEPF projects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, design, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality work
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
• Willing to work at various project sites and travel or relocate nationwide as required
