About the Role
ESCON Gensets is looking for Project Site Engineers to manage the installation, commissioning and execution of DG sets, acoustic enclosures and industrial equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site installation, erection, commissioning and testing.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural and fabrication activities.
• Manage contractors, technicians, vendors and site teams.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project layouts.
• Monitor project progress, material availability, quality and timelines.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection checklists and handover documents.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, PPE and HSE guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution, installation or commissioning.
• Experience in DG sets, gensets, acoustic enclosures, HVAC, industrial equipment or fabrication projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical components, electrical coordination and technical drawings.
• Good coordination, troubleshooting and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
