Project Site Engineer (Tanay TCM)

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for HVAC/MEPF projects.
• Ensure installation works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of work.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and safety regulations.
• Perform other site engineering duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• PRC License is preferred; non-licensed engineers with relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in HVAC/MEPF projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and construction processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel, relocate, and be assigned to project sites nationwide.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in various construction site conditions.
