Project Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple sites across civil and building construction projects with an established, family-owned construction business.

This is a management-focused role , ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, coordinating multiple projects, and overseeing site operations without being required to be hands-on with the tools. The Role

• Oversee multiple active sites across civil and building construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project programmes, progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
• Liaise with clients, Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on project performance and progress.
• Drive accountability, efficiency, and consistent standards across all sites.

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisor position essential
• Strong background across both civil construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate teams effectively.
• Experience overseeing Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, budgets, safety, and quality requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive management style with the ability to build strong relationships and get the best out of people.
