CONSTRUCTION SITE NURSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees and workers on site.
• Assess and monitor employees who are injured or experiencing illness during working hours.
• Manage and maintain the site clinic, including medical supplies, medicines, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to site emergencies, accidents, and occupational injuries.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers when further medical treatment is required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including treatment and incident reports.
• Monitor employees' health conditions and recommend appropriate medical attention when necessary.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs at the construction site.
• Support health awareness programs, toolbox meetings, and wellness activities.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer and Project Management Team regarding occupational health concerns.
• Monitor workplace health hazards and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
• Perform other health-related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC License
• At least 1–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in construction, industrial, occupational health, or company clinic settings
• OHNAP training/certification or membership is an advantage
• BOSH for Nurses training is preferred
• Valid BLS/First Aid certification is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in occupational health, emergency response, and workplace safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Physically fit and willing to work in a construction-site environment
• Willing to be assigned to a project site on a full-time basis

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
