We are looking for a Site Nurse to join our team for a Wind Energy Construction Project located in Calbayog City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical and occupational health support to project personnel, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining health records, and assisting in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs at the project site.

The role will work closely with the HR, HSSE/Safety, Project Management, and site teams to ensure the health and well-being of employees and workers and to support compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and immediate medical assistance to employees and workers who are injured or become ill on site.
• Assess, monitor, and document the health condition of project personnel.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency medical services when necessary.
• Maintain and monitor first aid kits, medicines, medical supplies, and other clinic resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
• Monitor and document work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Prepare medical reports, accident/incident medical reports, and other health-related documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs at the project site.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and conduct health-related orientations and awareness activities.
• Promote health programs such as heat stress prevention, hydration, hygiene, and other employee health initiatives.
• Support emergency drills and other site health and safety activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable DOLE, DOH, and OSHC occupational health and safety requirements.
• Maintain clinic records, permits, reports, and other required health-related documentation.
• Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE) and other medical activities.
• Assist HR with health clearances and fitness-to-work documentation.
• Monitor employee medical concerns and coordinate referrals when necessary.
• Prepare regular health reports and updates for management.
• Perform other duties related to occupational health and site medical services as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
• OHNAP Certified.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in clinical, hospital, company, or occupational health nursing.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or project site nursing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and basic medical procedures.
• Familiarity with Philippine occupational health and safety requirements.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to employee health and safety.
• Willing to work on-site in Calbayog City, Samar.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
