Project Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and organize DB boxes for residential sites.

• Ensure all necessary documents, tools, and materials are included.

• Maintain accurate records of DB box contents and usage.

2. Material handling.

• Assist in the unloading of materials upon delivery to the site.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.

3. Mobilization and demobilization.

• Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials.

• Ensure that all equipment is set up correctly and safely.

• Coordinate the efficient and safe removal of materials and equipment at project completion.

4. Team leadership.

• Lead and supervise on-site workers, providing guidance and support.

• Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

5. Quality Control.

• Ensure that all work is completed as per the timeline.

• Address any defects or issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks.

6. Communication.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with Project Engineer and Client.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

• Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

7. Chargeman Certification

-Hold a valid Chargeman Certificate (as required by local authority).

-Ensure all electrical works comply with statutory regulations, safety standards, and approved drawings.

-Supervise and verify electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities

-Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.

-Identify electrical hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.

-Liaise with relevant authorities, Project Engineer, and Client on electrical compliance matters.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
