Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Supervisor in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for accompanying clients, partners, and stakeholders during physical site visits. You will also serve as our primary liaison for administrative groundwork, managing documentation and coordinating directly with government bodies.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a professional looking to gain robust, hands-on experience in both site management and government liaison operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

* Site Guiding & Liaison: Accompany clients, visitors, and designated officials during on-site inspections and field visits to explain progress and structural layouts.

* Government Liaison: Handle end-to-end paperwork, application submissions, and ground-level follow-ups government regulatory authorities.

* On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring field work aligns with technical blueprints and safety standards.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate site logs, clear regulatory files, and progress reports required for official submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Education: 12th / Graduate.

* Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience (Fresher’s with a strong understanding of groundwork are welcome to apply).

* Skills: Strong communication skills, basic knowledge of infrastructure paperwork, and familiarity with government portal structures.

* Physical Stamina: Ability to spend extended hours outdoors on active construction terrain.
