Project / Site Supervisor

• Prepare quotations, scope of work, and material requirements based on site inspections.
• Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and site meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, identify requirements, and coordinate with clients.
• Supervise projects from start to completion and ensure work is carried out as per agreed scope.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors at site.
• Monitor materials, tools, manpower, and site requirements.
• Follow up on pending works, rectifications, and client requirements until completion.
• Coordinate inspections with clients and ensure all required works are completed.
• Prepare and obtain the client's signature on the Work Completion Report / Service Report and submit completed documents to Accounts.
• Ensure proper project handover and maintain necessary project documentation.
• Coordinate with management and Accounts regarding project status, completed works, and pending invoices.
• Ensure work is completed within the agreed scope, quality, and timeline.
• Provide basic technical guidance and solve day-to-day site issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, maintenance, MEP, or facility management in the UAE.
• Strong practical technical and site supervision experience.
• Experience in preparing quotations and understanding scope of work.
• Good knowledge of materials, manpower requirements, and site coordination.
• Good client communication and email communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
• Ability to manage a project independently from beginning to final handover.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is Mandatory.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, MEP, or FM services will be preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
